1. Nature of the Consultation
The $100 consultation is a limited-scope legal service designed to provide preliminary advice regarding potential contractor or construction-related issues in Pennsylvania. The consultation does not establish ongoing legal representation or an attorney–client relationship beyond the consultation itself.
2. Scheduling
Consultations are held by appointment only. After payment, clients are redirected to schedule a time through the online booking system. While most consultations can be scheduled within 1–2 business days, same-day availability is not guaranteed.
3. Payment
Consultation fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation occurs.
4. Application of Fees
If the client retains the Law Offices of Lee W. Davis, Esquire, PLLC for additional legal work related to the same matter within 30 days, the $100 consultation fee will be credited toward future services.
5. Confidentiality
All information disclosed during the consultation is protected by attorney–client confidentiality, even if no further representation occurs.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
The consultation provides general legal information and advice based on facts presented by the client. No specific result or recovery is guaranteed.
7. Documentation
Clients may upload contracts, photographs, or other relevant materials before the consultation. These materials are used solely for review during the consultation and are not retained unless the client engages the firm for ongoing services.
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may require payment of a new consultation fee for rescheduling.
9. Scope of Advice
The consultation is limited to Pennsylvania contractor, construction, and consumer protection issues. It does not cover out-of-state matters or unrelated legal topics.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Venue for any dispute arising from the consultation shall lie in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
