Effective for all paid small claim consultations offered through Law Offices of Lee W. Davis, Esquire, PLLC.
1. Scope of Service
Paid consultations through this website are limited-scope legal services.
They are designed to provide information and advice about your specific situation — such as contractor disputes or small-claims cases in Pennsylvania — but do not create ongoing representation in Pennsylvania Magisterial District Court.
Unless you and the firm later sign a separate written engagement agreement, the consultation ends when the scheduled meeting concludes.
2. No Court Representation
These consultations do not include filing documents, appearing in court, or communicating with opposing parties on your behalf.
You will represent yourself in any court proceeding unless you and the firm execute a separate written fee agreement.
3. Payment & Booking
- Payment is required in full before scheduling.
- All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
- After payment, you will be redirected to Calendly to choose your appointment time.
- Consultation fees are generally NON-REFUNDABLE once your time slot is confirmed.
If you must reschedule, please contact the firm at (412) 781-0525 or via Contact Form at least 24 hours before your appointment.
4. Confidentiality
Information shared during your consultation is protected by the attorney-client privilege, even if you do not retain the firm for additional services.
5. Conflicts of Interest
If the firm identifies a conflict before or during the consultation, your payment will be promptly refunded and no advice will be given.
6. Limited Jurisdictions
These consultations are provided by Lee W. Davis, Esquire, admitted in:
Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Michigan.
Advice will be limited to matters arising under the laws of these states.
7. Disclaimers

- The firm makes no guarantee of outcomes in any legal proceeding.

8. Privacy
Client information is used solely for communication and scheduling purposes.
Payment information is processed securely by PayPal in accordance with its privacy policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and any dispute is handled in the Courts of Allegheny County, PA.
10. Acceptance
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking a consultation.
