Lee returned to Pittsburgh in 1999 and immediately assumed responsibility for an abundance of asbestos-related cases in Beaver County, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He notes that some of his saddest moments were experienced while deposing asbestos cancer victims who were literally in the last days of their life, victims of on-the-job exposure that could have been avoided. His experience with these hard-working individuals made him a steadfast advocate for the rights of mesothelioma sufferers.

Lee continued serving mesothelioma clients when he opened his own law offices in 2013, determined to provide the personal service that only a small firm can offer. Since open ing his office Lee has experienced a wide array of cases including personal injury, products liability, cyberthreat, construction, and general civil litigation from both as Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s perspective.

A graduate of the University of Michigan (1988) and the Cooley School of Law at Western Michigan University (1996), Lee is admitted to Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Michigan Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Lee is on the approved roster of neutrals for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
